Al principio del siglo XX llega desde Cantabria a Triana
Joaquín Arena y su familia, montando éste una tienda de
comestibles a la que llamó Villa Reinosa. En 1915 Gustavo
Bacarisas realiza los azulejos que adornan la fachada, los
cuales fueron cocidos en la fábrica de Manuel García
Montalbán.

In the beginning of the XX century Joaquin Arena arrived
together from his family from Cantabria to Triana. He opened
a food store and called it Villa Reinosa. In 1915 Gustavo
Bacarisas designed and placed the tiles that decorate the
façade of the building. The tiles themselves were produced
by the factory of Manuel García Montalbán.
